Lychee martini
Vodka, lychee, pineapple, lime
It's vodka, the syrup from a can of lychees, pineapple juice, and fresh lime, served over ice with a lychee.

- 8 ozvodka
- 4 ozlychee syrup (from the can)
- 4 ozpineapple juice
- 2 ozlime juice
- lychees, to garnish
Method
- Stir the vodka, lychee syrup, pineapple juice, and lime juice together.
- Serve on the rocks with a lychee garnish.
Notes
- For fresh pineapple juice, blend a pineapple and strain it through a fine mesh.
- To batch ahead, mix the vodka, lychee syrup, and pineapple juice and refrigerate. Add the lime within the hour before you pour.
