Lychee martini

Vodka, lychee, pineapple, lime

A lychee cocktail made with vodka, canned lychee syrup, pineapple juice, and fresh lime. Serve over ice with a lychee garnish.

Batch the vodka, lychee syrup, and pineapple ahead. Lime the hour before you pour.

Ingredients

  • 24 ozvodka
  • 12 ozlychee syrup (from the can)
  • 12 ozpineapple juice
  • 6 ozlime juice, day-of
  • lychees, to garnish

Method

  1. Stir the vodka, lychee syrup, and pineapple juice together. Refrigerate.
  2. Add the lime juice the hour before you pour.
  3. Serve on the rocks with a lychee garnish.

Notes

  • For fresh pineapple juice, blend a pineapple the day before and strain it through a fine mesh.
